Not the perfect fit? Bracelet stretched out or need repaired? You've come to the right place!
We offer Free Resizing and Repairs* to members of our AromaCare program.
Follow these 5 easy steps:
1. Sign up for AromaCare here to be eligible for free resizing or repair.2. Wrap your bracelet in a tissue and place it in a plain envelope with a few stamps on the outside or a small padded envelope (may require additional postage)
3. Be sure to include:
- Contact info - Your name, phone number & email so we can send you notifications
- Instructions - Let us know what you’d like us to do. (make it larger or smaller, repair, etc). We typically add or subtract about 1” unless otherwise instructed.
- Order Number
4. Mail your bracelet to:

*Free Resizing & Repairs excludes the cost of shipping the item to us. We take care of the postage to return it to you. Subject to bead & component availability. For retired designs we can discuss alternatives.
